I bought a bracelet from lagos.com it looked really nice when it arrived. But once I had to deal with the warranty side of things, it got annoying fast. They asked me for extra info, and the replies felt literally slow enough that I started getting frustrated.
When I asked about authenticity documents, the answer I got was basic and didn’t really give me much confidence. Maybe everything is totally legit, but the whole experience just didn’t make me feel fully safe buying from them. I’d give it 2 stars.

I felt kind of embarrassed having to keep chasing them about my repair. They kept delaying it, and then eventually just stopped replying to my messages. It was really frustrating and made the whole situation way more annoying than it needed to be.

Overall, it just feels like a well put-together site from a brand that knows what it’s doing. It looks high-end, but still simple and easy to use. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

My order showed up packed really well, and it looked kinda nice when I opened it. The presentation was clean without feeling over the top. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the outer box had a small dent, but the actual item inside was totally fine.

I’m not sure if it’s just the cut, but something feels off with the sizing. It fit smaller than I expected, so I’d probably size up if I ordered again.
